Sean Walsh

Sean is a husband, a father of three and a grandfather of two.  After a long career in industrial sales (basically his entire adulthood), Sean left the industry believing he was called to teach people the truth regarding the financial sector. Many things led to this decision and he thought he was the one controlling his destination. Little did Sean know that God was watching and had much different plans for him.

Within a year of this major career change, Sean’s father passed away. This led to dramatic unforeseen changes in his spiritual outlook. Coming from Roman Catholicism where over the years he questioned many of the “churches” teachings, Sean thought the best place to go in order to learn the truth about the Bible was the non-denominational “Bible” churches. However, hearing the “word” from the “experts” while reading and studying himself, he found many disconnects here as well.

Sean recognized the only way to know what the Bible says is to read the Bible yourself, without BIAS! He realized his need for a relationship with God, his heavenly Father, and His Son Jesus Christ, and he got to work studying.  It was after some time of committed pursuing of His word, God gave Sean a vision of a Bible with a golden clasp lock and old time gold key. This vision was validated that very evening in the book of Ephesians and Sean realized Unlock The Word was a God inspired nugget he was determined to pick up.Sean’s first thought for Unlock The Word was to just get people to open their Bibles and read for themselves. God had other intentions and Unlock The Word has evolved into so much more for those interested and searching for God’s TRUTH.
